VILLA DEL BALBIANELLO (LENNO - COMO)
Our agritourism in Italy (near Como - Lombardy), is not too far from the "Villa del Balbianello", which is located in Lenno (Como), right on the shore of the splendid Lake Como: it is another " a must ", for anyone visiting the interesting tourist area of Lake Como (Lombardy).
Managed by the FAI, you get privileged access, of course, being a FAI member: it is possible, however, to visit the Villa del Balbianello, following the timetables and directions, present on their official website (from which you can also book the visit) .
It is an ancient eighteenth-century noble villa (1785 AD), which offers its visitors: the opportunity to admire the interior of the villa (in which there is a small, but rich multiethnic museum: the result of the collection of archaeological from all over the World; by the original historic owner, before it became a FAI heritage), the beautiful and choreographic outdoor garden (with the priceless view of Lake Como) and the exclusive booking for private events (weddings , anniversaries, etc.).
From our farm holiday, Villa del Balbianello, it is easily reachable by car (25 minutes) or by public BUS, which can be taken from the dedicated stop, present in the main square of Argegno's village (Lake Como).
